All requests for public records shall be submitted in accordance with the Georgia Open Records Act, as defined under O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, which addresses legislative findings, declarations, and relevant definitions concerning state printing and documents.

If cost is over $500, pre-payment will be required. If it takes a substantial amount of time to pull and copy the records, the cost will be $1.00 per minute, excluding the first 15 minutes.
